Recently, I had someone fraudulently open a Bank of America Checking Account in my name. When I tried to gather information from the bank as to how this happened? Bank Of America wouldn't fully disclose the exact method of how the account was opened. The reason knowing the method is important, apart from it being my right, is so I can try to do things differently to secure my information and prevent it from happening again. They basically protected the attacker more than the victim. This is why third party crypto exchanges offered via cold wallets make me laugh so hard. They're asking for so much information it's crazy. Currently, it requires less information for someone from Ukraine to fraudulently open a Bank Of America checking account in my name than it is for me to buy crypto currency using a cold wallet. I bought a Google Play gift card with cash at a Meijer gas station, the code works, but says it needs more of my info. The reason I bought the card in the first place was because I was a victim of identity theft, and no longer feel comfortable keeping my card info on file. Google has 139,995 employees as of (31 March 2021, but can’t pick up the phone? Sending the requested info to Google is very confusing and lengthy to fill out. It’s also hard to get in touch with an agent via chat. The contact number on the back of the card is no longer active because Google claims the company is short staffed from COVID. It took about two days for Google to respond, only to inform me that my credentials are invalided. I'm very pissed off, and don't understand why Google requires so much of my personal information just to use a gift card? Many years ago, I participated as a survey taker for  The Social Security Incentive Program.   The program existed to give beneficiaries an accurate understanding of their benefits. I was really struggling with my parents and friend’s at the time who were calling me a bum for collecting a check. They’d say things like “why don’t you just get a job?” Thing is, I always worked. I wasn’t lazy, nor incapable of working. Logistically, when I calculated out all of the expenses it takes to commute to a job, plus other amenities Social Security covers, I was better off just collecting a check lol. I asked the lady on the last day of the program if she believed I was scamming the system? However, Tumblr has been mass terminating aged accounts with no explanation why? Their support staff is being non responsive, but has time to tweet jokes all day.
